Agency Recruiting Specialist (Resident)

$58,756 base salary

Job Level : Individual Contributor

What You Will Be Doing :

Recruit, interview, and recommend applicants for agency positions across Shelter's operating territory. Perform other duties at the request of the Recruiting Manager.

Home office equipment and company vehicle provided as well as travel expenses paid.

Due to the duties and responsibilities of this position, Credit Bureau Report, Motor Vehicle Report, and Criminal Background Check are ordered on final candidates.

What We're Looking For :

Superior communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated and goal oriented

Capacity to travel overnight frequently, can be 50% overnight travel or more

Ability to develop contacts and learn the local area / community, in person on assigned vacancy

Capability to obtain P & C and Life & Health licensing and maintain current industry knowledge through industry courses (company paid)

Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without a reasonable accommodation
