Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Gas Station Attendant to join our team. As a Gas Station Attendant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Perform cashier reconciliation at tend of each shift to ensure accurate management of sales
- Provide information on available products and services
- Perform basic maintenance tasks such as cleaning fuel pumps, restocking merchandise, and maintaining cleanliness of the station
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Maintain inventory levels of merchandise and restock shelves as needed
- Work professionally with vendors and contractors
- Follow federal law and company standards on carding customers for all age restricted products sold at the station
- Effectively manage food service and beverages to ensure maximization of sales

Experience:
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products and services
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
