Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Event Coordinator to manage all facets of our in-house and offsite events. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating engaging experiences for our community.
Responsibilities:
· Plan, coordinate, and execute all dealership events, including vendor and entertainment booking.
· Work closely with department managers to develop and promote in-store advertisements and special promotions.
· Assist with posting on social media accounts, ensuring active and engaging content.

· Address and solve logistical challenges, ensuring each event is successful and aligns with our brand values.
Requirements:
· Proven experience in event planning or management, preferably within the retail or entertainment industry.
· Strong organizational and project management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and manage relationships with vendors and partners.
· Proficient in social media management and digital marketing.
· Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required by event schedules.
· A team player with a 'can-do' attitude, eager to take on new challenges and have fun while working hard.
