Responsible for the formulation of logical statements of business and data processing problems and devises procedures for solutions through data processing systems. May perform advanced GIS functions including models, scripting, and some application development. Assists with GIS mobile data collection processes such as ArcPad, Arc GIS for iOS, or other related data collection technologies. Works at the highest level of all technical phases of systems analysis. May direct the work of junior personnel. May be responsible for application techniques in database systems in specified work areas.
