Works under the general supervision of the Manager of Zoning Review to enforce the Memphis and Shelby County Unified Development Code and review and certify building permits, certificates of occupancy, zoning letters, and administrative site plan review. Participates in permit issuance and assists applicants and customers with general information requests regarding the zoning code and process.
