Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Change Management Lead to join our team for an Oracle Cloud ERP implementation project. As the Change Management Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful adoption, people readiness and integration of the Oracle Cloud ERP system within our organization. You will be responsible for developing and executing change management strategies, plans, and activities to drive user acceptance and minimize resistance to change.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement change management strategies and plans for the Oracle Cloud ERP implementation project including the key levers to enable change and the associated tactical implementation plans.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders (leaders, functional/technical SMEs and end-users) to assess the impact of the ERP implementation on various business units and identify change management needs.
• Conduct a stakeholder analysis, identify baseline awareness and support and segment for communications and learning needs.
• Conduct change impact assessments to understand the degree of change impacting individual roles, functional areas and across the county
• Develop key messaging, create and deliver change management communications, including training materials, user guides, and other relevant documentation.
• Create a training strategy and design, develop training content, deliver training programs and manage logistics to educate end-users on the functionalities and benefits of the Oracle Cloud ERP system.
• Identify people-related risks and develop and implement mitigation plans; Address potential resistance to change by engaging with stakeholders and providing support and guidance throughout the implementation process.
• Develop a measurement strategy and identify KPIs to assess change effectiveness; Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful adoption of the Oracle Cloud ERP system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between change management efforts and project milestones.
• Develop and manage the plan for change; keep leaders and program team members apprised of progress, delays and report on status.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to end-users during the post-implementation phase to ensure a smooth transition and maximize user adoption.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• 5 years' experience as a Change Management Lead or similar role in Oracle Cloud ERP & HCM implementations.
• In-depth knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience working with System Integration partners implementing Oracle Cloud ERP solutions.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP system functionalities and its impact on business processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver change management strategies, plans, and communications.
• Experience in conducting change impact assessments and developing training programs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address potential resistance to change.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.
• Self-motivated, positive attitude, with a can-do approach.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments in a fast-paced environment, drive results and meet project deadlines
• Interact effectively with team and with clients through in person meetings, chat, email, phone, and video conferencing as appropriate.
• Excellent verbal and written communication along with strong analytical skills.
• Resolve problems promptly and effectively, involving project managers and executive management as appropriate.
• Demonstrate high level computer skills and knowledge in Office 365 environment including. Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Visio, and SharePoint.
