Position: Spa Management Skincare Specialist

Skinfinity spa is on the lookout for a dedicated and passionate skincare expert with an esthetician background and expertise in skincare to join our team. As a Skincare Specialist, you'll play a vital role in promoting and selling our range of treatments, packages, and skincare regimens, while providing expert advice to customers and meeting sales targets through exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

-Cultivating and maintaining strong customer relationships to drive sales and foster brand loyalty.
-Exceeding sales goals through proactive selling techniques.
-Staying updated on the latest skincare trends and product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements:

-Previous sales experience, preferably in the skincare or beauty industry.
-An esthetician background is a big plus.
-A solid understanding of the skincare industry.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
-A sales-driven and goal-oriented mindset.

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Hours:

Mon-Thr: 10 AM - 6 PM
Friday: 10 AM - 5 PM
Saturday: Off
Sunday: 12 PM - 6 PM

Salary: $3500 per month Commission
