Responsibilities

• Greet customers and direct them to the appropriate dealership representative in the waiting area.
• Scan Vehicle Identification Number and collect exact Odometer reading, plus other important vehicle and customer information.
• Communicate with appropriate dealership staff about customers' arrival and needs.
• Work hand and hand with the service department and Acquisitions team to keep scheduled appointments on track and update Vehicle information in the CRM.
• Collect and update customer portfolio, understand customer vehicle wants and needs to generate a smooth transfer from Service to sales.
• Conduct follow-up courtesy calls to service customers and log comments into CRM (eLeads)
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous dealership experience is a plus!
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Positive and friendly demeanor and enjoy interacting with customers coming into service
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening, Motor Vehicle Records check, and drug test.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to Use Microsoft Excel, Google Documents, and other software programs.
• Ability to handle difficult conversations and objections in a courteous manner.
• Proven ability to obtain sales goals.
