ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Training to maintain, run and set‐up Finishing Department machines to include:
   1. Domino 110
   2. Alpina w/Easy Feeder and Cartonpack II
   3. Masterfold w/ Easy Feeder, Batch Inverter and Cartonpack II
   4. HHS gluing system on the three gluers
   5. Heiber Schroeder window machine
2. Have knowledge and ability of packing and feeding procedures.
3. Training how to run both hot and cold melt gluing systems.
4. Being able to manage your crew to run efficiently
5. Checking quality of product to ensure no defects in the carton
6. Able to drive PIVs
7. Other duties as assigned.

Stuff We Make:

Custom folding cartons, and lots of them – over 350MM in 2017! Produced on sustainably-made paperboard, most with 100% recycled fiber, our high technology printing and converting equipment sheets, prints, die-cuts, windows and folds/glues these folding cartons utilizing lasers, scanning cameras, scanning fiber optics, robotic-like automaton, and more.

Fun Stuff:

SPBCo supports a professional, but fun work environment. We are owned by a family, not a firm traded on Wall Street or a Private Equity company. We have numerous company communications events/lunches, sponsor Sheboygan-area cultural events, and have an annual Employee Appreciation party. Fridays are casual-attire days, mostly with folks supporting their favorite sports teams.
