Autobody Parts Clerk

Location: South Burlington, VT, 05403

Job Description:

The Autobody Parts Clerk is responsible for ordering, receiving, and distributing parts and supplies for the autobody repair shop. The clerk will work closely with the autobody technicians to ensure that the necessary parts are available for repairs and that the inventory is properly managed.

Responsibilities:

• Order parts and supplies from vendors
• Receive and inspect incoming parts and supplies
• Distribute parts and supplies to autobody technicians
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Assist with returns and exchanges
• Communicate with vendors and autobody technicians regarding parts and supplies
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in parts ordering and inventory management preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer skills
• MUST have valid driver's license
