The Shearer Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our Audi South Burlington team. Our dealerships pride themselves on customer satisfaction, friendly & outgoing staff and a team-oriented customer-first approach.
- Greet customers and provide a welcoming atmosphere
- Listen to customer concerns and needs
- Provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance
- Communicate with the service team to ensure timely completion of work
- Provide updates to customers on the status of their vehicle
- Ensure customer satisfaction with the work performed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or service industry
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance
