Shearer Automotive is Hiring an Autobody Technician Near South Burlington, VT
- Performs work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with industry standards.
- Diagnoses cause(s) of any malfunction and performs repair.
- Communicates with Body Shop Manager immediately if additional work is needed, if work outlined is not needed, or if repairs cannot be completed within the promised time.
- Participates in manufacturer-sponsored training programs, schools, and events.
- Keeps shop area neat and clean.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Valid Driver's License
- Manufacturer Training as required
