Shealy Truck Centers is seeking a team member that would be responsible for keeping the dealership, Service Department, and grounds organized and by maintaining cleanliness, appearance and safety standards of our facilities and Company vehicles at our Duncan location. The Porter's daily functions include, but not limited to organizing, stocking, waste removal and light maintenance duties for our shop facilities.

Shop Porter Responsibilities:

• Clean Technician's locker room daily
• Mow & clean grounds as needed & Keep rear of building organized and clean
• Assist Technicians and Shop Foreman as needed: Wash Shop floors daily, steam clean and wash trucks as assigned, recycle/crush oil filters as needed, clean wash pit in steam rack monthly or as needed. Inspect oil/water separator weekly, Clean monthly or as needed, and move trucks on yard as needed.
• Complete daily, weekly and monthly cleaning duties in accordance with SOP's.
• Clean, inspect and stock supplies in the bathrooms, break room, sanitation room and other common areas.
• Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and dusting around the dealership
• Follow proper SOP's for the removal of office waste, recycling, e-waste, and cultivation/ production waste
• Assist with light facilities maintenance including replacing burnt-out or malfunctioning light bulbs, painting, repairing leaks, unclogging drains etc.
• Detect and report defective materials or unsafe working conditions to Management

Shop Porter Requirements:

• Valid driver's license
• High School Diploma (GED equivalent)
• Has a great personality, likes to work with people
• Can keep up with a fast pace
• Has good organizational skills to help ensure accuracy of parts inventory and order in the warehouse
• Is detail-oriented and flexible
• Has good attitude and customer service skills
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Ability to stoop, bend, push, pull and reach frequently.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. frequently.
