What we’re looking for:
SHAZAM is looking for a Client Executive, Banking Solutionsto join our team. In this position, you will market services to financial institutions in the target market area as well as be responsible for developing and enhancing relationships with current financial institutions. The ideal candidate will reside in IA, IL, KY, TX, OK, or KS.

What you'll do:
  • Perform strategic calls (i.e. scheduled and outgoing) to serve as a trusted advisor to the FI on matters pertinent to SHAZAM and the FI, including network and industry related current events.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain strong relationships with C-Suite and middle management contacts within assigned territory. Expectation is to have 2 or more contacts within each FI relationship, and those contacts should be documented in your client plans on SalesForce.
  • Attend necessary association and trade-show conventions. Develop and maintain working relationships with State associations. Generate leads through these association and trade-show conventions.
  • Ability to collaborate with other departments within SHAZAM (excluding executive team) and participate in special projects as directed by the Manager, Banking Solutions. Proactively engages other departments in a persuasive manner. Ensures all collaboration is done with appropriate resource or lead within each department. Interacts with other departments in a positive fashion.
  • Ability to easily navigate Salesforce and effectively build reports for territory analysis and management. Assist less experienced team members with navigation and report creation. Effectively utilize all dashboards to track own performance and progress to goals.
  • Knowledge of SHAZAM products and services. Requires Manager, Banking Solutions, mentor or product subject matter expert (SME) to assist in discussions with FI.
What you need:
  • Core/EFT/Financial Services experience strongly preferred.
  • Excellent human relations and communication skills to senior executives (both oral and written).
  • Able to act independently with little to no supervision.
  • To effectively cover and manage your assigned territory, ability to travel to other locations, including overnight travel, may be required.
  • Must be highly motivated and fully engaged with a commitment to high standards.
  • Ability to work in an environment that often has miscellaneous cubicle noise (ex: may hear others’ phones, conversations, radios, etc.), fast pace, high expectations, and frequent interruptions.
  • Must possess a valid driver license if driving on company business. If at any point the driver license becomes invalid, the employee must report this to management before driving on company business.
  • Ability and willingness to travel to such locations and with such frequency as ITS, Inc. determines is necessary or desirable to meet its business need.
