Shawsheen Valley Technical High School in Billerica, Massachusetts is currently accepting applications for an anticipated opening for an Electronics and/or Engineering Technology Instructor for the 2024-2025 school year. Qualified candidates must be licensed as a Massachusetts Chapter 74 Electronics and/or Engineering Technology Instructor or possess the qualifications to become licensed. In this role the qualified candidate would develop and deliver electronics and/or engineering technology lessons to high school students enrolled in grades 9 through 12. The ideal candidate would have a strong background with all phases of electronic devices, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), mechanical principles, equipment design, assembly and testing. Previous teaching experience preferred with a focus on training and mentoring students to learn the skills and competencies necessary to be successful in the electronics and/or engineering technology industry. Massachusetts SEI Endorsement preferred.
