• Closing Processor (Experience Strongly Preferred)

Applicant must be able to handle a file from contract through post closing. This includes, but is not limited to, understanding real estate contracts, good understanding of loan documents/packages, good communication skills, multitasking skills.

• Compensation will be salary and based on experience. In addition to salary: paid holidays, 3 weeks paid time off, and option for simple ira enrollment after one year.
• Hours are M/Tue 730am-5pm Wed 730am -3pm Thurs/Fri 730am-5pm
• Minimum one (1) year experience in the title industry preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,500.00 - $46,500.00 per year
