Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for receiving incoming leads, making outbound calls, and closing sales deals. This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.
Duties:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to close leads and promote our products and services
- Build and maintain relationships with customers through effective communication
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Close sales deals and achieve monthly sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues
- Utilize sales software, such as MoveItPro, to track and manage customer interactions
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales revenue
Experience:
- Proven experience in telemarketing or inside sales
- Strong ability to communicate effectively over the phone
- Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus
- Knowledge of technical sales or technology-related products is preferred
- Familiarity with CRM software, such as MoveItPro, is a plus
