Albertsons Companies has an exciting Field Services Technician III opportunity, focused on supporting all elements of retail technology in our Shaw’s and Star Market retail stores.
This position is primarily focused on supporting Vermont retail locations and participating on a team responsible for the 148 locations throughout New England.
If you have strong troubleshooting skills, a passion for technology, and enjoy working as part of a team to deliver a superior customer experience, then this may be the role for you.
What you will be doing
This role is responsible for supporting all elements of our retail technology environment. This includes but is not limited to point-of-sale, handheld / mobile devices, printers, scales, PC, phone, network, file servers, and security technologies.
While this position is based in the Montpelier , VT area, you will be supporting our stores throughout the New England region.
There will be times when you will need to support stores further, which at times will require overnight stays.
