Essential Qualifications:

Required:

• High school diploma.
• Current valid LPN/RN license in the state employed.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Physical ability to perform job-related duties.

Preferred:

• Experience in Infection Control, Memory Care, and COVID care.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintain punctuality and regular attendance for assigned shifts.
• Deliver the highest quality of nursing care to patients with varying medical needs.
• Diagnose and establish patient treatment plans.
• Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior.
• Collaborate with physicians or specialists regarding patient care.
• Ensure accurate and thorough patient medical records.
• Participate in medication management and emergency measures as necessary.
• Provide emotional support and advice to patients and their families.

• 12-Hour Shifts
• 8-Hour Shifts
• PRN Shifts
• Full-Time and Part-Time Positions.
