Job Overview:

We are seeking a Certified Pharmacy Technicians (PRN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy operations, patient care, and medication administration.

Responsibilities:

- Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications
- Maintain pharmacy inventory by checking pharmaceutical stock to determine inventory level
- Ensure medication compliance by following specific procedures, including labeling, packaging, and delivering medications
- Provide excellent patient care and customer service
- Utilize medical terminology accurately

- Retail - Performs outpatient distributive functions related to entering prescriptions orders, selecting the correct medications for new and refilled prescription orders, and coordinates delivery of medications for patient pick-up or delivery.

Experience:

- Certification as a Pharmacy Technician

- Registered Pharmacy technician in the State of practice required

- Prior experience in acute care or retail pharmacy preferred
- Proficiency in medical terminology
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
