Shaul Law, PC is Hiring an Associate Attorney Near Roswell, GA

Shaul Law, PC is seeking a transactional Associate Attorney with 3-8 years of experience to provide legal services to dental, medical and veterinarian professionals.

The Associate’s responsibilities will include negotiating, reviewing and drafting contracts, Asset Purchase Agreements, commercial leases, and construction agreements, as well as facilitating mergers/acquisitions, reconciling employment and labor issues, and advising clients on corporate and regulatory matters.

Associate needs to be self-assured and detailed oriented, with an excellent work ethic, and have strong communication skills to be able to directly interact with clients. Our firm represents healthcare clients in 29 states, although travel is not involved. We act as general counsel to our clients, with the core focus on mergers/acquisitions, associate agreements, commercial leases, construction disputes, restrictive covenants, associate buy-ins, practice start-ups and board complaints.

The attorneys primarily work remotely, although in office meetings are scheduled. The position provides the opportunity to handle challenging matters directly with clients, with the support and mentoring from the senior partner. Candidates must be actively licensed and admitted to practice in Georgia and be in good standing.
