Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Order Processor in a wholesale Promotional/Marketing Industry. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of customer orders. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.

Duties:

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using our internal systems
• Data entry/processing: items, sales orders, invoice, shipping, purchase orders, bills, customers, vendors
• Correspond and follow up with vendors and sales team for orders, quotes, and samples
• Review orders for completeness and accuracy, resolving any discrepancies or issues
• Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Negotiate prices with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement
• Organize and monitor inventory, samples, and production
• Maintain accurate records of all order transactions
• Prepare for incoming and outgoing shipments
• Correspond and negotiate with freight forwarder, customs, factories, and suppliers (domestic and overseas), trucking companies
• Cooperate with fast-paced sales department, accounting, graphics dept, and production
• New product search, pricing/quotes, and price list update

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in order processing or a related role is preferred
• Google Workspace
• Promotional products, branding, and/or sourcing background
• Proficiency in using Quickbooks is preferred. Will train fast learner
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of logistics processes and procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
