This position is for the 24-25 school year. This person is responsible for running the High School Drama Club in the fall, winter and spring and directing the shows.

• Prior training and/or work experience with school or community theater or musical productions including prior directing experience.

• Proficiency in coordinating technical aspects of theater production, such as set design, lighting, sound, and costume creation. 

• Experience in teaching, mentoring, or coaching young performers. 

• Flexibility in working evenings and weekends during production periods. 

• Ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive learning environment that promotes student growth and creativity. 

• Dedication to the educational and personal development of students through the arts. 

• \Prior experience with METG is preferred. 

Stipend per STA contract. Base stipend is $17,744 in total for the year (fall, winter, spring) plus potential additional compensation based on experience.
