Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of nursing services within the organization
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Medicare regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure coordinated and quality patient care
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes and implement improvement initiatives as needed
- Manage the budget for nursing services and ensure efficient resource allocation
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in nursing care
Skills:
- Current RN license in good standing
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting
- In-depth knowledge of Medicare regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with staff, patients, and other stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Proficient in using electronic health record systems
