SHAR MUSIC is Hiring a Warehouse Associate (Levels 1-3) Near Ann Arbor, MI
- Receive incoming shipments and compare them with the invoice to ensure accuracy
- Unload packages from incoming trucks and ensure proper storage in designated areas
- Prepare outgoing shipments by packing orders, labeling packages, and arranging for transportation
- Organize and maintain inventory records by accurately documenting all incoming and outgoing shipments
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in reconciling discrepancies
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Assist with other warehouse tasks and duties as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working in a warehouse or similar environment preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Basic computer skills
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain certification) is a plus
