Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing various equipment and systems to ensure smooth operations within our facility.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct routine maintenance procedures on equipment and systems
- Troubleshoot issues with mechanical and electrical systems
- Repair or replace defective parts in machinery and equipment
- Perform welding, fabrication, and other mechanical tasks as needed
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and inventory
- Provide leadership and supervision to maintenance staff when necessary
- Deliver exceptional customer service to internal departments

Skills:

- Proficiency in logic controllers for equipment operation
- Strong mechanical knowledge for diagnosing and repairing machinery
- Ability to maintain, weld, and fabricate parts as required
- Leadership skills to supervise maintenance team effectively
- Excellent customer service skills when interacting with colleagues and vendors
- Familiarity with CMMS software for maintenance tracking purposes
- Proficient in English for effective communication within the team
