If so, this is a great opportunity for you! We are partnering with a local manufacturer in Fredericktown who is seeking individuals to be a part of their Maintenance Department on 2nd and 3rd shift.
JOB DUTIES :
- Support daily production operations working directly with Team Leaders and members of the Production Team
- Troubleshooting for repairs
- Preventative maintenance
- Machine downtime solutions, and efficiency improvements
- Component part rebuild work
QUALIFICATIONS :
- High School diploma / GED - Technical School Certification or combination
- Minimum of 3 years manufacturing experience in team based problem solving production or maintenance position
- Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, electrical, ladder logic and numerical controls
- Must be able to work overtime as needed to ensure production flow
