| Job Summary |
Assist the Department Manager in supervising activities and personnel in the department; assist in overseeing employees in following all policy and procedures regarding appropriate action taken to ensure timely billing of Client accounts and collection efforts on overdue Guarantor accounts. The Coordinator will work closely with multiple collection agencies helping to ensure appropriate reconciliation. Responsible for the training of new staff in the Account Service Department.
