Now Hiring for: Per diem (on-call)

Salary Range: $18.36

Are you ready to contribute to a team, committed to excellent customer service and dedicated to each individual’s unique talent?

If yes, how you will contribute to the team:

As a Behavioral Specialist, you will serve on a clinical interdisciplinary team to represent & advocate for each participant’s behavioral health needs. The Behavioral Health Specialist will play a critical role in overseeing a caseload of participants for all their therapy needs with proper documentation responsibilities to follow.

  • Conduct behavioral health assessments to determine behavioral health care needs.
  • Deliver and document behavioral health interventions as agreed upon in the participants’ care plans including but not limited to symptom management, counseling, crisis intervention, arranging necessary resources and services.
  • Provide training on behavioral health symptoms and interventions.

Must Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Higher Preferred
  • Must Have ABA Experience
  • Must Have Knowledge and Ability to Apply Appropriate Safety Precautions and Procedures

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment
  • Experience with PointClickCare (PCC)
