Job Overview: Assist with the set-up of the Brat Wagon to include stocking all supplies and prepping food for the day’s business. Interact with guests by collecting receipts for purchase and assigning product based on receipt. Assist with tear down of Brat Wagon to include cleaning dishes, equipment and counters, and re-stocking for next day’s business.
