Cajun Seafood Boil
We are seeking experienced Back of House Associates;Prep Cooks, Line Cooks and general kitchen staff. Back-of-house associates will be responsible for receiving deliveries, preparing and presenting food to delight our guests, and keeping an immaculately clean kitchen.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous culinary experience preferred
- Highly responsible and reliable
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to communicate in English effectively, both orally and in writing
- Able to push, pull, lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds
- Prepare all food items consistently and adhere to all recipe standards
- Maintain a safe working environment by using proper food-handling skills and following food safety guidelines
- Complete kitchen tasks such as line setup, food preparation, and breakdown
- Maintain kitchen equipment
- Ability to work eight-hour shifts, with extensive standing/walking.
- Delivering a consistently high level of service for every order
- Working well under intense time pressure
- Ensuring that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashion.
- Maintaining a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
