Locker Room Attendant

Club Overview: 

Shadow Wood Country Club, located between Naples and Ft. Myers Florida, was originally developed by the Bonita Bay Group in 1998, before becoming Member Owned in 2010. Blessed to exist in the highly desirable SW Florida region, Shadow Wood CC is a 54-hole private, member-owned facility with 900 Golfing Memberships. The Membership is currently full, with a waitlist for entry. Recently, the Club has invested over $10 Million in capital improvements, including a brand new 3,000 square foot Golf Shop, as well as an enhanced Men’s Lounge with a full-service bar area.

Shadow Wood Country Club is currently looking for Locker Room Service Attendants, who are eager to work in a fast paced, high volume, exciting environment. The ideal candidate would pride themselves in offering an exemplary level of customer service. 

Position Summary:  

The Locker Room Attendant is expected to service the needs of the membership, and their guests, by providing a high-level of customer service through their communication skills, the upkeeping of the locker rooms & the cleaning/shining of golf & dress shoes. This position is part time, working 8 to 24 hours per week.

Essential Responsibilities: 

Responsible for:

• Assist with completing daily Opening and Closing procedures
• Morning Coffee/Pastry setup, upkeep, and breakdown
• Greet Members by name in a courteous manner and provide a high level of service.
• Cleaning & Shining golf and dress shoes
• Upkeeping Locker Room & Clubhouse amenities & presentation

• Completing other necessary tasks as assigned by Golf Professional Staff

Physical Demands: 

• Locker Room Attendant staff is expected to be able to stand on their feet and have frequent movement throughout their scheduled shift.
• Staff may have to carry boxes or bins up to 25lbs.

Qualifications:
 ◦ Private club experience preferred
 ◦ Must possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

Compensation and Benefits: 
 ◦ The anticipated total compensation is $15-$23 per hour, depending on activity (time of the season)
 ◦ Uniforms / Meals on duty
 ◦ Playing & Practicing Privileges
