Responsibilities:
- Lead a landscaper crew in performing various lawn care-related tasks.
- Assign daily jobs to crew members and ensure they are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Oversee the maintenance of equipment used in landscaping operations.
- Monitor the progress of projects and ensure they are completed within specified timelines.
- Communicate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the landscaping industry is preferred.
- Good communication skills to effectively communicate with crew members and clients.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
