Shades is looking to hire key holders/sales associates! We are looking for outgoing staff to work our store at CoolSprings Galleria in Franklin, TN!

Shades is a retail store with an impressive selection of name brand sunglasses and the most popular brands in casual southern apparel. Shades carries sunglass brands such as Ray-Ban, Costa, Maui Jim, and Oakley. We also present a wide selection of apparel from Vineyard Vines, Southern Tide, Southern Marsh, Old Row, Southern Shirt Co. and more!

Sales Associate/Key Holder Expectations:
- Accommodate customers with the highest level of customer service.
- Complete training sessions and become knowledgeable of all products in the store.
- Ability to multi-task and follow through with daily requirements from managers and customers.
- Assist managers in the shipping and receiving of product.
- Comfortable with a dynamic and fast-paced working environment.
- Opening and Closing procedures.
- Inventory management.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour
