Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and outgoing Host/Host to join our team. As a Host/Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service. Your main responsibility will be to greet and seat guests, ensuring they have a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
- Assist in managing reservations and waitlists
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station
- Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries
- Collaborate with managers and servers to ensure smooth operations
- Provide excellent guest service by anticipating needs and responding promptly
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate when necessary
