Job Description

The Marketing Intern provides support for Business Assurance Marketing team for the North American Market (NAM).

• Conduct competitive research and analyses
• Contribute copy to new brochures and website
• Add upcoming events to SGS website
• Assist with event planning
• Create social media graphics, including videos, on Canva
• Optimize Google PPC campaigns (monitoring search keywords, creating and setting up ad extensions, etc.)
• Help to rebuild existing campaign landing pages
• Verify leads are coming through from PPC landing pages in CRM
• Build alternate campaign landing pages to use for PPC A/B testing
• Help to maintain webinar performance report
• Adhere to internal standards, policies & procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or GED (Required)
• Currently enrolled in university as a junior or above
• Experience with spreadsheets and PowerPoint 
• Research experience
• Strong customer service background (Required)
• Scheduling/meeting experience (Preferred)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Language Skills: English, Advanced level of knowledge, other language(s) is a plus (Preferred)
• Mathematical Skills: Basic level of knowledge (Required)
• Reasoning Skills/Abilities: Basic level (Required)
• Organized, autonomous, good planning, good interpersonal and communication skills, tact and discretion (Required)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and highly demanding environment (Required)
• Quick in adapting to changes and a solution finder (Required)
• Client oriented (Required)

Computer Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) (Required)
• Graphic programs (Preferred)
