In this role, you will play a crucial part in our field survey crews, utilizing conventional surveying equipment to ensure the efficient and effective collection of survey data. As a Survey Instrument Person, you will be responsible for operating a range of conventional surveying equipment, including Total Stations, Levels, Data Collectors, and more. Working closely with the Project Manager, Project Surveyor, or Survey Technician III, you will execute specific field-related assignments using prescribed methods. Your keen attention to detail and adherence to standard practices and techniques will enable you to collect accurate data, maintain proper notes, and recognize discrepancies in results. Additionally, you will play a vital role in maintaining the organization and cleanliness of survey equipment, equipment rooms, and survey vehicles. Your ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with team members will contribute to the success of our projects.
**Compensation ranges from $17-22/hr. depending on experience**
