REQUIREMENTS:

• Bathroom Remodeling/Installation: 3 years (Required)
• Basic Plumbing: 3 years (Required)
• Must be computer and smartphone literate!
• Window Installation: 1 year (Preferred but not required)
• Electrical: 1 year (Required)
• Flooring Installation: 1 year (Required) we do floors rarely
• Drywall: 1 year (Required)
• Experience with installing and replacing shower wall systems. (Required)
• Attention to detail and good housekeeping practices are Required.

DUTIES:

1.) REVIEW NEW JOB PHOTOS AND MEASUREMENTS TO INSURE PROPER ORDERING OF SUPPLIES MATERIALS.

2. ) ORDER SUPPLIES FOR EACH JOB TO ACCOMODATE INSTALLATION SCHEDULE.

3.) INSTALL JOBS ON SCHEDULE UTILIZING SELF OR SMALL TEAM.

4.) GET PAID WEEKLY SALARY TO MANAGE NEW JOBS AND PER JOB COMPENSATION. $3250-$6000 WEEKLY PLUS BENEFITS AND PAID VACATIONS.

DETAILS OF DUTIES:

• Remodel bathroom in 1-2 days by using trade skills such as carpentry, trim carpentry, plumbing, and construction.
• Adhere to all The SGA CONSTRUCTION installation standards and procedures while doing installations and providing services.
• Maintain a pleasant and professional attitude when dealing with customers.
• Respect customers’ property and leave the work area clean.
• Always wear our uniform on the job, observing rules of good grooming and hygiene.
• Inform customers about the functionality, care and upkeep of their new installations.
• Accurately complete and submit all necessary paperwork and photos daily.
• Take inventory of your installation vehicle and keep it stocked with all necessary tools, job components, and paperwork needed for job completion.
