We are looking for a part time Day Cleaner for our location in Lakeland. In this position, you will be responsible for making sure the building is clean and orderly throughout your shift by checking restrooms, removing trash, responding to minor service calls, etc. Previous custodial cleaning experience is a major plus, but not required. Must pass a criminal background check.

Pay is $13 per hour. Shifts are 10am-2pm, Monday-Friday.

Job Duties:

• Clean main entryways and ensure satisfactory appearance
• Inspect, clean, disinfect and restock public restrooms as needed
• Police common area hallways
• Clean drinking fountains as needed.
• Police common area break rooms after lunch time.
• Perform building walkthrough to ensure all duties have been completed properly the previous night. Correct any found issues, report defects to SG360 supervision.
• Assist with moving furniture moving as requested.
• Assist with set-up and tear down of tables and chairs of events and functions as requested.
• Assist with replacing of lightbulbs throughout building when required.
• Removes fresh spots from carpets as discovered or notified. If unable to remove spots this is to be communicated to the night shift via proper communications channels.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
