About SFR3
SFR3 is a boutique real estate investment fund acquiring $3.5B of affordable single-family homes by 2024. We specialize in renovating distressed homes, using software-driven operations to scale a large number of smaller markets concurrently. In just over 4 years, we’ve grown to 11k homes in over two dozen metros, and we’re continuing to expand. As part of our growth, we are looking for a Construction Estimator/Scoper.
Your Mandate
SFR3 is different. Unlike other funds, our software is built in-house from the ground up to streamline your workflow and put the fund’s collective knowledge at your fingertips. You focus on what each unique home needs, and we’ll take care of the rest. We’re expanding rapidly, and we need talented Construction Scopers like you to put those tools to work. You will deliver dozens of scopes each month, and you’ll see them all through to successful revenue generation. Accuracy is everything - can you make it happen?
