Schedule:

• Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Supplemental Pay

• Sign-on Bonus of $250.00

Essential Responsibilities:

The following are examples only and are not intended to be all inclusive or restrictive; other duties may be assigned, as necessary.

• Provide exceptional Customer Service, including prompt and composed assistance to individuals over the phone by addressing inquiries or redirecting their calls to the appropriate department for further assistance.
• Typing, preparing, and editing documents.
• Proofreading reports, making necessary corrections, and sending reports to clients.
• Basic use of computer and software.
• Maintaining Databases and Filing Systems.
• Conduct CCTV (Closed-Circuit Television) monitoring proficiently.
• Collaborate effectively with officers and supervisory staff in addressing and responding to any emergencies or events occurring on campus.

Job Requirements:

• A minimum of one year of experience as a Security Officer is required.
• Must speak English and Spanish.
• Must have a valid Class ''D'' Security Officer License.
• Effective oral and written communication skills, including radio communication.
• Must have a professional appearance by adhering to grooming standards.
• Able to work flexible hours, weekends, holidays, and overnight if required.
• Basic understanding of computer systems.
• Ability to operate office equipment (fax, copier, mail, etc.)
• Exceptional communicational and writing skills.
• Organizational Skills.
• Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software, including Word and Excel, Outlook, and the ability to learn new software systems.
• Reliability and punctuality in attending work.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• High degree of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• A standard high school diploma or the satisfactory completion of an approved General Education Development (GED) is preferred.
• Experience in an office or clerical role is preferred.
• Must pass a pre-employment screening including Level-2 Background Check and drug test.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to patrol the properties and access areas quickly.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Physically able to walk the entire properties.
• Must be able to work outside in all types of weather conditions.
• Ability to lift objects up to 30 lbs.
