Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in store management, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team. This is a key role within our organization, responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the shop and delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the shop, including inventory management, sales, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve targets
- Train and develop staff members to provide excellent customer service
- Conduct employee orientations and ensure all staff members are well-informed about company policies and procedures
- Monitor and maintain payroll records for accurate payment processing
- Ensure the shop is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Implement marketing initiatives to promote the shop and increase customer footfall
- Maintain a safe working environment for staff and customers, adhering to health and safety regulations

Experience:
- Previous experience in store management or a similar role is required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building strong relationships with customers
- Bilingual skills (if applicable) would be an asset
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Experience in training and developing staff members
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and handling customer inquiries over the phone

Pay: $52,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
