The Inside Claims Representative Trainee will:

• Investigate, evaluate, validate, analyze, negotiate and settle property and casualty claims as assigned.
• Participate in training and continuing education courses to gain knowledge, skills, and ability to perform the functions of the position. 
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Maintain a high degree of professionalism.
• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Insurance or Business related field, but we are open to other majors.
• Obtain Adjuster License.
