Purchase and maintain inventory of building office supplies. |
Maintain building access systems database. |
Handle the administration on Company Fleet Program and pool vehicles. |
Oversee the administration of Company cell phone program. |
Assist with building coverage and the building rules set forth by the Facilities Manager are followed. |
Coordinate facilities functions in meeting and event preparation. |
Maintain department calendar for upcoming meetings and events. |
Enter invoices in WorkDay for processing. |
Must be able to multi-task. |
