Position Summary:

To assist the FTZ Manager/Supervisor in entering orders, checking product

shipments and checking product receipts, incoming products.

To report the status of our inventory and sample shipments.

Position Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

· Control Finished Goods inventory through check points and the SAP Reporting System.

· Control incoming and outgoing shipments/receipts and ensure the proper paperwork is complete and filed in correct locked cabinet – Bonded/FTZ or Tax paid.

· Enter, close, and check all the orders for shipment.

· Reconcile Finished Goods and Sample Inventory on a weekly and monthly basis.

· Maintain the employee’s distribution process.

· Supervise employees, using established policies and procedures, US Customs and Border Patrol regulations, and assign work as needed. (Up to 8-10 employee warehouse staff).

· Schedule trucks for deliveries Import - Export and Domestic as needed.

· Assist with UPS/ LTL/FTL daily orders.

· Print inbound paperwork to receive with Labels for put away in FTZ or In Bond storage area.

· Help Maintain Microsoft Shared Calendar for Import export and domestic Shipments with Date times Arrivals departures.

· Review Truck/Trailer or Container condition with staff to comply with policy and requirements to protect product shipped.

· Assist with audits by Internal and external auditors.

Requirements:

Knowledge / Ability -

· Familiarity with the SAP and SAP EWM System.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

· Ability to put up Material or Product and operate a forklift.

· Familiarity with company products and customer requirements.

· Familiarity with materials receiving.

· Familiarity with motor freight carriers and scheduling shipments with carriers and Compliance Import-Export team onsite.

· Ability to be detail oriented/conscious.

· Ability to maintain orderly filing system and rotation as status changes.

Experience -

· Two (2) years of inventory control experience.

· Prior supervisory experience helpful.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

• Custom's Bonded Warehouse: 1 year (Preferred)
• US Foreign Trade Zone Warehouse: 1 year (Preferred)
