The Role

Sexy Diva World, Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Event Manager/Administrator Assistant to join our passionate team. This role will provide essential support to our event management and administrative functions, ensuring the seamless execution of our events and operations.

The Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of summits, retreats, sexy diva night events,podcast, product launches, and VIP parties.
  • Collaborate with event managers and vendors to organize logistics, such as venue selection, catering, décor, and entertainment.
  • Coordinate event timelines, schedules, and budgets to ensure all deliverables are met efficiently and within established parameters.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, emails and maintaining databases and records.
  • Assist with on-site event management, including setup, guest registration, and problem resolution to ensure smooth event operations.
  • Support marketing and promotional efforts for events through social media, email campaigns, and other channels.
  • Provide general administrative support to the executive team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense tracking.

The Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or 5 plus years of experience in related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in event planning, coordination, or administration is required.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and event management
  • software/tools.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
  • Passion for the female empowerment, self-love and entertainment industry with a creative and innovative mindset.
  • Bonus: Prior experience as an event planner within a non-profit organization would be highly advantageous.
