This program serves adult individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities and is a Family Home Agency program. Work with the individuals in the program, their host home providers, and case workers from state and licensing agencies to ensure the best quality of life. 

• Coordinate the development, review, and implementation of services, case management, behavior intervention plans, and treatments provided to individuals served. 
• Oversee all services provided to individuals and their families, monitor quality of care delivered, ensure compliance with contractual terms, and monitor regulatory program compliance. 
• Assist in the development of quality services and engaging activities that meet the individual served needs. 
• Build and maintain relationships with families and external case managers. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field
• One year of work-related experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, brain injury, youth placed at-risk, etc. 
• Current CA driver's license in good standing
• Reliable vehicle with current car registration insurance
• A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach and a commitment to quality in everything you do
• On-Call availability after hours and on weekends for emergency situations as needed (overtime eligible)

*Important Note: This program area includes Whittier, Pico Rivera, Montebello, and surrounding areas of "East Los Angeles" and the office location is in Alhambra, CA. -- Regular travel is a part of this position between the office and the participant homes in the program area mentioned.
