Direct Support Personal Care Assistant
Are you interested in a career focused on making a difference in someone's life? As a Direct Support Personal Care Assistant, you will have the opportunity to provide community, social and personal care-to individuals receiving services living with in a residential setting.
- Assist in health-related functions as delegated or assigned by licensed healthcare professionals and following the individual's plan of care
- Aid in completing instrumental activities of daily living such as meal planning and preparation, managing finances, and shopping for food, clothing, and other essential items
- Help in redirection and intervention of behavior following individual's plan of care
Qualifications :
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Six months related experience;
- Valid driver's license in good standing and car registration / auto insurance (if driving for company)
- A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach
- Commitment to the company's mission and values.
