NOTE: Work Locations for this specific positing are all located in the San Fernando Valley Area including North Hills, Northridge, and Granada HillsCaregiver for Behavioral Group Home 
Pay Rate: $17.98 to $20 per hour (depending on which group home location you work in)

  • Competitive Pay: Starting range is currently at $17.98/hour up to $20/hour (pay rate determined by which group home location you work in), plus annual increases,Pay on Demand, Full benefits package for employees working 30 hours/week, including health benefits and 401(k) with a 3% company match

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SEVITA

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; DSP Year 1 and DSP Year 2 certifications REQUIRED
  • Experience: One year of experience in direct care of individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavioral, mental health issues
  • Skills: Behavioral de-escalation, knowledge of client rights and advocacy, strong communication skills
  • Clearances: must be able to pass applicable criminal and driver history background checks and a pre-employment physical and TB test.
  • Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
  • Licenses: Valid CA Driver's license
  • AVAILABILITY: All positions require working at least one weekend shift
