- Masters Degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field of study with a minimum of two years of experience working with children and or adolescents.
- Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders, developmental disabilities, and or other developmental disabilities.
- Ability to collaborate with parents and staff on client care and treatment.
- Ability to maintain professional boundaries between client care and clinical duties.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality between client care and clinical duties.
- Valid Brockton, MA driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Work with clients in private home settings to design individualized treatment plans.
- Developing, implementing, and monitoring behavior plans that are appropriate for each client.
- Collaborating with parents on client care.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of client data in a timely manner.
- Maintaining positive relationships with colleagues, clients, and parents.
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.
