Sevita Health is Hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (LABA/BCBA) Near Lowell, MA

Compensation for this position ranges from $75,000 - $89,000 depending on experience. We offer a $5,000 sign on bonus along with an uncapped $4,000 in quarterly bonuses.
Job description:
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst is responsible for the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for clients in private practice settings. The BCBA will work with clients to develop and implement behavior plans that are tailored to their unique needs. The BCBA will also assist clients in developing skills in communication, social, and academic areas.
Requirements:
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst. (BCBA) (Preferred)
  • LABA. (Required)
  • Masters Degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field of study with a minimum of two years of experience working with children and or adolescents.
  • Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders, developmental disabilities, and or other developmental disabilities.
  • Ability to collaborate with parents and staff on client care and treatment.
  • Ability to maintain professional boundaries between client care and clinical duties.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality between client care and clinical duties.
  • Valid Brockton, MA driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
Responsibilities:
  • Work with clients in private home settings to design individualized treatment plans.
  • Developing, implementing, and monitoring behavior plans that are appropriate for each client.
  • Collaborating with parents on client care.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of client data in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining positive relationships with colleagues, clients, and parents.
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.
